REGISTRATION INFORMATION Lodging and Registration fee for the retreat is all-inclusive - food, lodging, retreat program, speaker fee, musician fee, materials, crafts and workshop supplies are all included. Prices range from $739 - $1049 depending on the lodging selected and when you register. The Main meeting room for the retreat is on the first floor of Pines. Meals are in the Dining Hall near the entrance to Seabeck.

Be sure to check with your employer/school/child care for approved time off prior to registering, as certain fees will apply if you need to cancel your registration. Check our website at SisterSpirit Refund Policy for our refund policy.

PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS There are a limited number of $300 partial scholarships available. Two steps are required to receive a scholarship:
1.) First fill out the scholarship application form located here: SisterSpirit Scholarship Application and,
2.) Complete this registration form and pay the $200 scholarship registration fee (which will be applied to your registration). You will be notified after we review your application. Your $200 scholarship registration fee is refundable if we are unable to grant a scholarship to you. You will be responsible to pay the balance due by 3/31/2026.

This file contains a map of the Seabeck Campus and lodging layouts for Pines, Spruce, Salal and the Historic Inn. Both floors in Pines are ADA accessible with an elevator. Salal and Spruce have both upstairs and downstairs rooms, with no elevator. The Historic Inn rooms are all upstairs with no elevator. Most rooms have a private bathroom, except for the Historic Inn. Lodging options include single occupancy, double occupancy and triple occupancy. Choose one of the following payment options to lock in your registration:
1. 2025 Advance Deposit Price (Intention Deposit paid at 2025 SisterSpirit). Includes a price reduction of $139; $99 credit and a $40 discount.

2. Full Early Bird Registration Price - $739-$999 based on lodging selected.

3. Registration Deposit Price of $300. This requires setting up recurring auto payments through our payment processing platform. We will help you set up your payment plan. There is a $25 administrative fee.

4. $200 Scholarship Deposit Fee (applicable to registration fee).

In addition, there are optional donation choices for the Angel Scholarship Fund, Dream Team Appreciation fund and the Seabeck Staff appreciation fund.
Payment can be made by credit card or debit card.Your bank or credit card statement will reflect payment to "Spirit Uncensored, Inc."

If you selected Registration Deposit, we will contact you to set up recurring auto payments.
